This Louis Vuitton Lilac Karung Petite Malle hearkens back to the house’s luggage-making history! A limited-edition mini version of a trunk, it’s made of light purple snakeskin with tonal leather trim and gold hardware. It opens with a gold clasp to a beige-and-black leather-lined interior with one slide pocket inside. In excellent condition with a dustbag and plastic on some of the hardware, it has scratches on the corner hardware and some stressing along the top (thought it just may be the nature of the leather). The cool thing about this petite trunk is that when you remove the detachable, adjustable shoulder strap shown with a 21-inch drop, you can clutch this exotic LV in the palm of your hand—something you couldn’t do with a full-size steamer!
