Hermès’ Bleu Encre Swift Jigé 29 is an inky-blue envelope-style clutch! This horizontal bag doesn’t have a speck of hardware closing, instead, with a leather tab that slips through the center of the H. The tonal-leather interior has no pockets and room for a phone, card holder, and car keys. New, never worn and stamped with a D, it comes with a dustbag and box and makes a beautiful transition from day to evening. A little backstory on this style—Sotheby’s says it was given as a wedding present from Jean Guerrand, son-in-law of Emile Hermès, to his future daughter-in-law and became available to the public in 1975!
