Big Birkins are coming into their own again and this 35-centimeter Hermès Rouge H Togo bag is on the cusp! Gold-tone feet and hardware are used in the turnlock, padlock, and keys kept in the leather clochette. The flap of this slightly top handle opens to tonal-leather lining with one zipped and one slide pocket inside, and the dual rolled handles have a 4.25-inch drop for the fingers, wrist, or arm. In very good condition from 2020 (Y stamp), it comes with a dustbag and box, and has scratches on the metal, wear on the handle glazing, corners, edges, and inside, and a hard-to-see mark on the front of the bag. Rouge H is a very elegant dark red with a hint of brown verging on burgundy that was created in 1925 for equestrian leather goods. Thank goodness it made the crossover to hand bags!
