Lambertson-Truex Chocolate Palfrey Derby

Some bags have names that are easy to figure out and some, like Lambertson-Truex’s Chocolate Palfrey Derby have me looking up words! Palfrey, for example is a riding horse, not a war horse. Or a horse suitable for a woman. This bag doesn’t look ready for war or riding, but does look more than suitable for a woman. The East/West styling means more daylight when you are looking for something inside, since it is longer rather than deeper. The belt runs around the full bag and there is also a magnet inside that opens to the light blue suede lining with two zipped pockets, a slide pocket, two credit card slots, and two cell phone pockets inside. Coming with a dustbag, there are marks and a pen mark inside, as well as a bit of wear on the bottom, corners, and feet. Outside is black pebbled leather with tan stitching and silver hardware, including the handles with their five and a half inch drop. Lambertson-Truex makes fabulous bags, like this one that is quite suitable for a woman!
