What if I am looking for a specific item?

Ann’s Fabulous Finds has Wishlists for many designers. If a particular designer rings your chimes and you would like to get an email every time we list an item by that designer, let us know and we will add you to our list. If there is something particular you are looking for, let us know and we will try to keep that in mind if we run across it.


Why is an item on hold?

In general, items on hold are waiting for payment by check to clear. Occasionally, items may come off hold and may be available for sale once again. Please contact us if you are interested in an item placed on hold.

What is your return policy?

Ann's Fabulous Finds takes great care in accurately describing our merchandise. If you are unhappy with your purchase the item can be returned for a refund, minus any shipping charges incurred by AFF and a $25.00 restocking fee. The item must be returned within 7 days and be in the exact condition it was in when it left our shop. Items placed on layaway can only be returned for a store credit (minus shipping fees and the restocking fee). Please e-mail us within 48 hours of receiving your item to notify us of your intent.

What happens when I pay by check?

Ann's Fabulous Finds requires payment in 7 days. If not paying with Paypal, checks must be received within the 7 day time limit. Once the check has cleared the bank, the item will ship in 24-48 hours. If a check is not received, the item will be taken off hold and made available for sale.

How do I pay for an item?

Ann's Fabulous Finds has several options for paying for your items. Our shopping cart is connected to PayPal’s secure servers, but your may also send us an email asking for a Google Checkout invoice, or call us at 248-866-3752 to have us take your credit card over the phone. None of those options have a fee for you. When you check out, there is a personal check option and that option should be used when you wish to pay by check, money order, or bank transfer. Send us an email so we know what you have in mind. We will hold the item until the check clears our bank, which is usually about ten days.
