Hermès Black Initiale

Designed by Martin Margiela, Hermès’ Black Initiale is an under the radar style – and sooo cool! Made of Evercalf, the long strap goes through the short strap, so that you only need to put the one longer strap, with its ten inch drop, on your shoulder, where it balances perfectly. The soft leather bag has a flap that opens to a really soft black leather lining with a zipped pocket and a slide pocket inside. Coming with a dustbag and a large clochette (nothing locks though, so its just a sweet addition), there are marks inside, miscellaneous marks outside and on the feet, the bottom has wear, as well as some of glazing issues on the top corners. From 2002, an F in a box, this soft bag is hard to find with its very discreet Hermès’ look!
