Hermès’ Le Jardin de la Maharani Shawl is more than just a pretty floral print, it’s a beautiful tribute to one of India’s advocates for women! Made of 70% cashmere and 30% silk in shades of dark red, salmon, and green, this wrap was designed by Annie Faivre in honor of Maharani Gayatri Devi, a princess-turned-politician who opened schools and advocated for the education of girls. It comes in excellent condition with a box and has some pilling on the fabric. What a lovely way to applaud an amazing person!
