The front and back faces of Chanel’s Small Blue Boy Bag are made of Galuchat Stingray that shows the spine, while the rest of the bag is in lambskin! The flap secures with a ruthenium Boy clasp that opens to tonal-leather lining with one slide pocket inside. The strap consists of chunky chain with a leather shoulder pad and drops of 11.5 inches when doubled and 20 inches when worn singly as a crossbody. In fair condition from 2015-16, it comes with a dustbag and card and has wear on the corners and edges around the entire bag, on the strap leather and inside, marks on the leather, and the serial number sticker is missing. Galuchat stingray and sharkskin were introduced to 18th-century France by Jean-Claude Galuchat and they remain as special as they were then!
